Frequently asked questions
Do I need a new TV for the menu board?
Usually not. A screen with an HDMI port is enough – often the TV you already have will do. The small Vizora box goes behind it; which box suits you, we work out together before you start.
Can I show an offer for a limited time only?
Yes. A promotion takes over the screens for the time you set, then the regular menu comes back by itself.
What happens if the shop's internet goes down?
The menu board keeps showing what it last received. As soon as the connection is back, your changes arrive.
